A Senior Creative Director, with over 19 years of experience in advertising, and 26 years of total work experience, Arindam is a writer with a sharply developed visual and strategic sense. A very developed understanding of the brand eco-system reflects in the effective communication solutions that emanate from of the agency.

He has worked across agencies in India over various categories in Creative Leadership roles. Has led creative teams in Asian countries and represented network agencies in Asian conferences, with work exhibited in many international platforms like Adfest Asia.

He is a Civil engineer by qualification and is keenly interested in the use of internet and technology in communication. Arindam has had an interesting journey through professions, before settling into advertising.

Arijit is a proven Marketing and Advertising Professional with 24 years of experience across various roles with leading Multi-national agencies like Rediffusion Y&R, McCann Erickson, Dentsu, DDB Mudra, Saatchi & Saatchi. Arijit started his entrepreneurial journey at Paperboat Brand works recently after he moved on from Dentsu Communications. Where he lead the agency over 2 years as CEO and oversaw its journey to acquire 14 new businesses, expand across geographies and become the fastest growing agency of the Dentsu Network, globally. His Dentsu stint came after an equally successful 4 year tenure with DDB Mudra West as President & Head. He and his team steered the office into the largest, most profitable & awarded agency in the country. On the back of aggressive new business wins of 22 brands, organic growth across key relationships and recognition across platforms that honour creativity and effectiveness, like Cannes, EFFIES and GOA Fest, 3 years in a row.

His other noteworthy association was a 11 year innings with Rediffusion Y&R across New Delhi & Kolkata. During his 2 1Ž2 year innings at Kolkata, he turned a lesser known Kolkata operation into one of the most profitable and awarded operation, winning 5 of the top 6 brands there.
